Refund policy

When you buy something from me, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period begins as soon as you or someone you have authorized receives the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, simply send me a clear statement (e.g., by email) that you wish to cancel the contract. You can use the attached model cancellation form, but you don't have to.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel the contract, I will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for special delivery charges that you selected).

The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

I may withhold the refund until I have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.

Please note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

No right of withdrawal for personalized products

Important for you to know: There is no right of withdrawal for personalized or custom-made products.

This means that if you order a product with your name, a photo, an engraving, or a special design, I cannot accept returns or exchanges once I have begun production.

This regulation is based on Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized items, this exclusion naturally only applies to the personalized products.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift certificates.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether or not the refund has been approved. If your return is approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
